The situation we usually walk into

A block that has sat undeveloped for years is usually solid vegetation by the time consent comes through, and clearing it is on the critical path for survey, geotech and earthworks. The default answer (push it into heaps and cart it away) costs money in trucking and disposal, takes time, and generates its own consent questions.

What we do about it

We mulch the vegetation in place and leave it as a layer on the ground, so there is no green waste to handle, no burn piles, and nothing added to your disposal costs. Steep boundary faces and gullies within the block are workable at up to 55 degrees, which usually removes the awkward part of the clearing scope. The site comes out visible and walkable for survey and assessment.

Typical jobs

  • Clearing an undeveloped block ahead of survey and geotech
  • Boundary and gully clearing within a development site
  • Batter mulching after earthworks
  • Staged clearing across a phased subdivision
  • Clearing ahead of fencing, services or access construction
