Eight regions, and they are genuinely different
Gorse dominates the Waikato hill country. Auckland is privet and woolly nightshade in the gullies. Taupō is wilding conifers and almost nothing else. Northland is rank kikuyu, because everything grows faster up there. The machine is the same everywhere; the job is not.
Bay of Plenty is home ground, so response times there are shortest. Work at the outer edges of the service area tends to get grouped, so it is always worth asking about timing. If your location is not listed, ask anyway - particularly for larger jobs or where a few neighbouring properties could be done together.
Bay of PlentyHome ground. Harbour-edge gullies, kiwifruit and avocado country, and the subdivision earthworks around Tauranga.
WaikatoDairy hill country, drainage and stopbank margins, and the steep back faces that get retired because nothing can safely mow them.
AucklandGully networks, lifestyle country north and south, and the two pest plants Auckland complains about most.
CoromandelThe steepest country we work, on the tightest access. Coastal sections, bush margins and roadside faces.
TaranakiRing plain dairy country cut by deep river valleys, and a regional council with an unusually active pest programme.
Taupō and the Central PlateauWilding conifer country. The one region where a single species defines most of the work.
Hawke's Bay and GisborneErosion-prone East Coast hill country, storm recovery work, and vineyard and orchard margins.
NorthlandEverything grows faster here. Rank kikuyu, woolly nightshade and privet on soft clay hill country.
