Cost guides
What this work costs
No price list, because a per-hectare rate would mislead you. What these guides do instead is explain exactly what makes a job expensive, so you can judge your own site.

Why there are no prices on these pages
Area is a surprisingly poor predictor of cost in this work. Two blocks of identical size can differ by several times depending on slope, how woody the growth is, and whether a machine can physically get to it. Publishing a rate that does not apply to your block helps nobody and tends to end in an awkward conversation on site.
GRazer estimate most jobs from Google Maps, photos and the property address, so you can get a real number without waiting for someone to drive out. These guides tell you what to send and what will move the figure.
Land Clearing Cost in NZThe honest version: area matters less than people think, and access matters more.
Gorse Removal CostAge of the stand is the biggest single driver, and the one you can still do something about.
Forestry Mulching CostMaterial size is the constraint that decides whether it is a mulching job at all.
Slope Mowing CostThe cheapest slope mowing is the kind that happens regularly. Rescue jobs cost more.
Section Clearing CostThe big saving is not the clearing rate. It is not paying to truck the material away.
