Photos help a lot. Send this through first, then reply to the confirmation email with a few photos - the vegetation up close so we can see stem thickness, and the access route including the gate.

We look the property up on Google Maps. Aerial imagery shows the area, the shape and usually the vegetation itself.

Reply to the confirmation email with photos of the vegetation up close and the access route. This is what makes an estimate accurate rather than approximate.
We come back with a number
For most jobs that is all we need. For larger, more complex or high-value projects we may recommend a site visit to confirm scope first.
