What it involves
Clearing an entire overgrown section or block back to ground level so it can be seen, walked, valued, sold or built on.
Why it has not been done
Sections go feral faster than people expect, especially if they are held for a few years before building. Once it is above head height the owner usually cannot assess what is even in there, and quotes to clear it by hand and truck the waste away tend to be a shock.
How we do it
Everything is mulched in place and stays on site as a layer, which is the single biggest cost difference against cut-and-cart clearing. Slopes to 55 degrees means gullies and steep boundaries within the section are included rather than excluded. Most sections are a one-day job.
