Question
What type of finish will I get?
You can expect a clean, even and controlled finish suitable for ongoing maintenance, improved property presentation or grazing access. The result is a safer, more usable landscape that is easier to manage long-term.
For mowing work, the finish is even across uneven ground because the commercial mowing systems have adjustable cutting heights and anti-scalping capability. That is the practical difference from a ride-on, which tends to leave lines, clumps of cut material and scalped high points on anything other than a flat lawn.
For mulching work, the finish is a reset: vegetation down to ground level with a mulch layer over the top. How fine that layer is depends on the material and whether the site gets a second pass.
The finish that is right for you depends on what the land is for next. Grazing access needs less refinement than presentation for a sale, and a planting-ready restoration site is different again. Saying what the land is for is genuinely useful at the estimate stage.
Before and after photos can be provided if you are not going to be on site, which many clients ask for.
