Do I need to be on-site during the work?
No. Most GRazer clients are not on site while work is being completed. As long as there are clear access instructions, the project can be completed and updates provided, including before and after photos if required.
This suits how a lot of these jobs actually come about. Absentee landowners, holiday homes, blocks held for future development and lifestyle owners who work in town are all common, and none of them want to take a day off to watch a machine work.
What is needed instead is clear access information: how to get in, gate codes or key arrangements, where the machine can be unloaded, and which area is the work area. A quick sketch or a marked-up aerial image removes most of the ambiguity.
Anything hazardous or worth protecting should be flagged in advance: buried services, old fence wire, a water take, specific trees or plantings to leave standing, a septic field. Once the vegetation is down these are much easier to avoid if they were known about beforehand.
Before and after photos are provided on request, which for an absent owner is usually the most useful record of what was done.
