How quickly can you start a job?
Availability depends on current workload, weather conditions and project size. With a team of experienced operators and specialist machinery, work can typically be scheduled within a few days to a few weeks. Urgent or high-priority work can often be accommodated sooner where possible. One to two dry days are generally preferred for optimal site access, safety and productivity.
Weather is the variable that moves timing most. Ground that is saturated is slower, marks more easily and is less safe to work, so a job may be shifted by a few days to catch better conditions. That is a deliberate choice in your favour rather than a delay.
Project size affects scheduling in the obvious way, but so does location. Work in the Bay of Plenty, where GRazer are based, can generally be fitted in faster than work at the far end of the service area, where jobs tend to be grouped.
Urgent work (storm damage, blocked access, a compliance deadline, a property going to market) can often be brought forward. It is worth saying if a job is time-critical and why, rather than assuming it will be treated as routine.
Flexibility on your side helps. If you can accept a date that suits a run of dry days, you will usually be seen sooner.
