Yes. GRazer offers a one-hour onsite land due diligence service for people considering purchasing a property. We'll assess the site's vegetation, pest plant issues, access, terrain and potential land-clearing requirements, then provide practical advice on how the property could be brought under control and maintained.
The service includes the following.
- A one-hour onsite assessment
- Review of vegetation and pest plant issues
- Advice on suitable clearing and management methods
- Recommendations on likely timing and staging of the work
- A written quote for the identified work
The due diligence assessment is charged at our standard hourly rate, with travel costs confirmed based on the property location.
If you proceed with the purchase and engage GRazer to complete the recommended work, the one-hour assessment fee will be credited in full against your GRazer invoice. Travel costs are not credited.
